The following terms, conditions, and regulations will constitute a part of the Code of Ethics and Regulations of Manulife Insurance Company Limited (Vietnam) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), which you are obligated to comply with based on your agreement with the Company. Once you log into this application, you are considered to have accepted to adhere to the following rules and regulations:


1. All users must register with the Company before being allowed or granted access to this application. This application is the property of the Company, and the Company maintains its absolute right to accept or cancel registrations and access of any user without prior notice.


2. All users must always adhere to the instructions or rules and regulations issued by the Company when collecting, using information through this application. Unauthorized copying or creating of data or programs without the Company's consent is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to modify or alter any content of this application is considered a very serious violation.


3. All users must adhere to the application upgrade process and should only use the latest version, but the Company is not obligated to constantly upgrade or renew this application.


4. This application must be removed/deleted before terminating the agency contract or agency management contract with the Company.


5. All information you use, collect, receive from this application, after obtaining the consent of the Company, is only for reference purposes to serve insurance contract and customer management. The information must be kept confidential and should not be used for any other purpose.


6. If you violate any of the above rules or regulations, it will be considered a violation of the binding terms in your agency contract or agency management contract with the Company, leading to the Company having the unilateral right to terminate the contract with you without prior notice.


7. Note that the Company will not represent, guarantee, or commit to anything regarding:
(i) The effectiveness of this application for any intended use or
(ii) The application not having errors or technical malfunctions. The Company will not be responsible for compensating any damages related to equipment, documents, etc., related to the use of this application on any aspect.


8. All information provided by the Company to users is solely for enabling them to provide better services to the Company's customers. The information must be kept confidential and should not be used for any other purpose. When a user terminates the agency contract with the Company for any reason, the Company has the right to revoke permission for you to use the information or request the immediate return or deletion of all such information, and users must comply immediately. Any user provided with information not related to the customers they serve must promptly report to the Company and follow the Company's instructions."
